Insurance Branch Manager – Kamloops

We have a phenomenal opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager who is looking for a career in insurance and to lead one of the largest commercial insurance centres in the Interior BC.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in leading a retail operation ideally in Insurance or Finance
• Insurance brokerage experience a definite asset
• Have a Level 2 Insurance license or willingness to complete insurance licensing
• Post-secondary degree preferred
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience developing and growing strong teams

Compensation:

• Depending on experience, salary range $85,000 – $100,000 plus bonus
• Health and dental benefits
• RRSP matching
