We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative who excels at building meaningful client relationships and exceeding sales goals. In this role, you’ll combine creativity, problem-solving, and business savvy to deliver customized solutions to schools, parks, and other organizations. You’ll sell not just equipment but the opportunity to create joyful and engaging outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, including schools, school districts, municipalities, and contractors.
  • Learn and effectively communicate product lines, specifications, and innovative design options.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs and budgets.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and ensure excellent client communication.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals while contributing to the creation of unique and impactful play spaces.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience
  • Proven success in developing new business and building client relationships
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.
