About the Role

As the District Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 9-10 Sales Representatives across the Lower Mainland region of Vancouver, with additional oversight of out-of-town territories. You will coach, develop, and inspire your team to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-territory sales team
  • Execute district strategies to expand the active customer base
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new Sales Representatives
  • Deliver ongoing coaching in route planning, sales process, and customer engagement
  • Identify market opportunities and drive sustainable growth
  • Support hiring decisions, performance plans, and team development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support divisional and organizational goals

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B or B2C sales management experience
  • 5+ years of outside territory sales experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree, preferably in Business
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and build effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High adaptability, strong time management, and comfort balancing field and office work
  • Experience working with large customers is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to travel within the district; occasional overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
