A well-established, leading industrial equipment provider is seeking a seasoned Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple service departments, including mechanical and paint shops. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of heavy-duty equipment, and a passion for operational excellence and customer service.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
- Oversee workflow, set goals, and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for deployment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct reviews, and support staff development.
- Manage service calls, prepare estimates, and coordinate with vendors and inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate documentation.

- 8–10 years of experience in the heavy-duty equipment industry, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

- On-site role with both indoor and outdoor work environments.
