What You’ll Do

Health Safety

  • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to embed safety into every aspect of the business.

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute market strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Align organizational structure and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support professional development across the team.

Sales Leadership

  • Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition.
  • Drive brand awareness and market share through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—ensuring alignment with support teams.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic direction.

Accounts & Strategic Partnerships

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
  • Represent the company at key industry events as a brand ambassador and thought leader.
  • Promote best practices and ensure consistent execution across the market.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and champion a customer-centric culture.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven ability to drive growth.
  • Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in building materials, design, or construction is an asset.
  • Passion for safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
