What You’ll Do
Health Safety
- Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to embed safety into every aspect of the business.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute market strategies that drive sustainable growth.
- Align organizational structure and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support professional development across the team.
Sales Leadership
- Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition.
- Drive brand awareness and market share through strategic sales initiatives.
- Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—ensuring alignment with support teams.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic direction.
Accounts & Strategic Partnerships
- Cultivate new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
- Represent the company at key industry events as a brand ambassador and thought leader.
- Promote best practices and ensure consistent execution across the market.
- Foster long-term client relationships and champion a customer-centric culture.
Your Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven ability to drive growth.
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in building materials, design, or construction is an asset.
- Passion for safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
