My client is a leading global provider of power, heating, and cooling solutions, committed to ensuring customers have the essential resources to operate efficiently. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to develop, manage, and grow their presence in the Industrial and Manufacturing Sector. Ideally based in the Vancouver Lower Mainland, this position is home-based as most clients are located in the Lower Mainland, but will require business travel throughout BC as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan within the assigned territory.

• Conduct cold calls, manage accounts, develop presentations, and close deals.

• Track all sales activities, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare sales contracts and documentation, ensuring order fulfillment.

• Provide technical sales assistance related to power and temperature control solutions.

• Partner with operations and logistics teams for seamless project execution.

• Maintain a strong understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC systems, and oil-free air compressors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of direct business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

• In-depth knowledge of the Industrial and Manufacturing sector.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of success in building and managing accounts.

• Strong time and territory management abilities.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Operations, Fleet, and Logistics.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
