A well-established, leading industrial equipment provider is seeking a seasoned Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple service departments, including mechanical and paint shops. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of heavy-duty equipment, and a passion for operational excellence and customer service.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage service teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
  • Oversee workflow, set goals, and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct reviews, and support staff development.
  • Manage service calls, prepare estimates, and coordinate with vendors and inspectors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate documentation.

  • 8–10 years of experience in the heavy-duty equipment industry, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
