My client is a growing full-service Supply Chain/Logistics service provider based in BC. As a result of notable growth, we are actively recruiting experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join their growing team. A critical role for business growth, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible to grow new business opportunities throughout Canada, based in their Surrey BC office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities with clients throughout Canada
  • Prospecting and qualifying new clients by following up on leads and cold calling for new opportunities
  • Manage and retain existing accounts while growing net-new business. Key to success is growing new business
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure success with clients
  • Utilize multi-channel approach to business development, utilizing phone, email, various creative approaches
  • Collaborate with sales as well as operations
  • Maintain updated information in CRM and accurate monthly, quarterly forecast
  • Meet and exceed targets and expectations

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in inside sales
  • Logistics and supply chain sales experience an asset
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • Proven track record in inside sales, developing and growing new business
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and funnel management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
