With over 20 years of executive search and talent advisory experience, Frank Joe founded Quest Talent Search Solutions Ltd. on a simple but powerful belief: the right hire can transform an organization, and the right opportunity can transform a career.

Frank brings a consultative, relationship-first approach to every search. His experience in end-to-end talent acquisition spans all levels of an organization — from individual contributors and specialists to executive leadership — across multiple industries. This breadth gives him firsthand insight into what strong leadership looks like and what organizations truly need to succeed.

Born and based in Vancouver, Frank has developed deep networks in British Columbia and across Canada, allowing Quest to deliver truly national reach with the personalized attention of a boutique firm. Every client and every candidate works directly with Frank — never a junior team member.

Outside of work, Frank is strongly committed to giving back and is an active community member, volunteer, and hockey coach. His philosophy is simple: “Aim high, dream bigger — and make sure the people you place can do the same.”
